3mm ACM (METAL) PRINTED BOARD
ACM or dibond is freely available throughout the internet. Make sure you purchase with a scratch resistance varnish or laquer to protect the board from scatches.
When designing your board build in some printed parallel lines which will serve as a guide when applying your letter channels. ACM is a joy to work with when making your board. It is very easy to drill through, lightweight and robust. Leadtimes to get printed and delivered vary greatly between suppliers, but the longer leadtimes tend to lead to more cost effective pricing.
