We hope this message finds you well and enjoying your summer so far. We are writing to inform you about an upcoming change at our store.
As the UK’s only changeable letter store, we take pride in providing you with top-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we believe in the importance of taking some time to rest and recharge to continue serving you with the utmost dedication.
Therefore, we will be temporarily closing our store for one week during the summer. Our team will be on a well-deserved holiday from
27th August to the 4th September.
During this period, we won’t be processing new orders.
Here’s how this will affect you:
- Existing Orders: If you have already placed an order with us before our holiday closure, rest assured that we are working diligently to fulfill it before we leave. You can expect your order to be dispatched soon, and you’ll receive tracking information as usual.
- New Orders: Unfortunately, we won’t be able to process new orders during our week-long break. However, we understand that your need for changeable letter products may be time-sensitive. To accommodate your requirements, we encourage you to place your order before Friday 26th August, so we can process it before our temporary closure.
- Orders that are received during this time will be processed on our return and shipped on a 24 hour service
- Customer Support: While we’re away, our customer support team will not be available. However, you can still reach out to us at hello@readerboards.co.uk and we’ll respond promptly once we return.
