EASY TO INSTALL AND SET UP OUR READERBOARDS

So your readerboard has arrived, all ready to go. You will have received with this order 140 tiles, plus security, wrench separately packaged and attached to the board. If this is not the case please check all packaging carefully before contacting us with your serial number. If attaching to an existing board ensure the ply is in good condition and not rotton. If you feel the ply board requires replacing we recommend 10mm marine ply.
Next you will need to drill through the board before screwing the readerboard into the ply. Always drill from the FRONT of the board. Keep a distance of 8mm from the edge of the board at all times. Applying your new board will require two people.

Your new purchase will require very little maintenance, apart from the occasional clean with warm soapy water. During certain weather conditions condensation may appear on either the inside or outside of the fascia. A simple car windscreen squeegie will do the trick! Letters may attract light scratching over time, however these will NOT effect the readability of your message. If you wish, a spirit based black marker can be used on the print side of the letter tiles to ‘paint over’ any heavier scratching.
If you can leave your letter tiles out in stacks, this will prevent scratching forming. Your fascia has been designed to be a tight fit into the tracks to prevent water build up. Over time the tracks will ’expand’ to fit the fascia
